Initial inspection fee: $75 non-refundable charge at time of inspection
Inspection includes interior, exterior, attic, and roof of property within safety limits
Bio-pesticide treatment: $150-$300 depending on volume of property
IWM Seal-Up Project fee (if applicable): $175/HR + materials
Yellow Jacket/Bald Faced Hornet nest removal: $50-$550
Paper Wasp nest re-location: $50-$250
Much like your typical pest control quarterly service, our treatments alone without any Integrated Wildlife Management add-ons (such as our seal-up projects) require on-going treatments.
We highly encourage you consider our IWM projects in order to reduce insect/arachnid activity inside your property.
What’s covered:
General insects and arachnids such as ants, spiders, centipedes, earwigs, silverfish, clothes/meal moths, yellow jackets, bald faced hornets, and wasp species.
Services include:
Report providing photo proof of activity location and favorable conditions encouraging activity
Recommendations
Interior and exterior bio-pesticide treatments
