Initial inspection fee: $75 non-refundable charge in order to book appointment

  • Inspection includes report with photo proof of activity location and favorable conditions encouraging activity

Initial treatment fee: $250-$450 depending on volume of property

  • Follow-up treatments: $150-$350 depending on volume of property

Service includes:

  • Bio-pesticide treatments in addition to synthetic IGR pesticides to control and eliminate population

  • Monthly/quarterly treatments are recommended until activity is gone.

Seal-up projects are highly successful by eliminating cockroach traveling activity especially in multiunit properties

  • Projects also eliminate other insect and rodent entry points

  • Seal-up projects includes:

    • Before and after photos of work done

    • What to expect post project

    • Work quality check 3 months post-project
