Initial inspection fee: $75 non-refundable charge at time of inspection

  • Inspection includes interior, exterior, attic, and roof of property within safety limits

Eviction fee: $150-$250 dependent on volume work

Seal up fee (if applicable): $175/HR + materials

Wildlife covered:

  • Squirrels, skunks, chipmunks, raccoons, groundhogs, rats, and mice, and opossums

Seal up Services include:

  • Report providing photo proof of activity location and favorable conditions encouraging activity

  • Eviction treatment of wildlife services - Follow-up check 1 week after

  • Project before and after photos

  • What to expect post project

  • Work quality check 3 months post-project

Small rodent control services:

  • One time $35/device installation fee

  • $60 recurring services as desired (monthly/quarterly)

  • Bait box feeding activity updates each service
